Appointments

At our office, we know that your time is important. Your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you to do a thorough evaluation and provide optimum dental care. Please contact our office to inquire about specific appointment times. We ask that you give us the courtesy of a 24 hour business days notice for any cancellations.

Insurance

At Aten Family Dentistry, our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits. We do expect payment at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims based on an estimate provided by your insurance company. Your benefit level with insurance is determined by your employer and we can only estimate the amount of insurance coverage. Please call the office and we would be happy to assist you with your specific insurance information at 704-540-4252. Payment is expected for any additional balance not covered by your benefits.
